Referral Program   3 x 3 = FREE!

Pur Maid considers it a great compliment when you refer new clients to us. Refer 3 friends who use Pur Maid at least 3 times, and your next cleaning is FREE!

A new client is defined as a non-user for at least six months prior to referral.

For Your Safety & Peace of Mind

Pur Maid is Insured and Bonded.
Our team will be uniformed and will usually arrive in a branded company vehicle
Keys will be kept secure in a locked cabinet.
Keys will never be sent via mail and only returned in person by an authority.

For the Safety of our Cleaning Teams

Our cleaning teams are very important to us, and keeping them safe is a top priority, so they do not use ladders (other than a standard step stool) or move anything heavier than 35 lbs.  They also cannot use any products that we deem to be toxic and unsafe including but not limited to such substances containing bleach, amonia, lyes, caustics etc.  The use of these types of equipment and products could put our teams in potential danger/risk of injuries and illness not to mention the risk of damage to your flooring or other finishes. If you would like for us to clean behind appliances like a refrigerator, oven or sofa etc, please move the item(s) prior to the cleaning to allow access to the desired area(s).

Satisfaction Guarantee

We take your satisfaction seriously.  Whether it’s just minor changes and feedback or something missed, we want to hear from you.  Kindly inform us within 24 hours of your cleaning visit, and we’ll happily send our team back in to make sure you love your cleaning.

Cancellation/Rescheduling/Lock-outs

In the event that you need to change or cancel your cleaning visit, please notify us 2 days ahead to request this change.  Failure to provide the 48 hour notice and/or the team is locked out from your home and unable to provide service may result in a $50 cancellation/lock-out fee.  Please notify our office of any scheduling requirements and NEVER your maid team to ensure your request in handled by someone with authority to make schedule adjustments.

Breakage/Loss

Pur Maid carries bonding and insurance. Our liability limits are set to a maximum of 10 times the cost of the service charge on the day in which the breakage/loss occurred. Notification must be made within 48 hours of service.

Items excluded from liability are; cash, jewelry, one-of-a-kind/rare items or hard to find items; items of sentimental value, art, antiques and electronics.

Key replacement / locksmith fees are paid only if keys are lost or miscoded. There is a $50 per location liability limit.

Payments

Pur Maid strives to be as paper free as possible and accepts the following:
–Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover  (A $4 card transaction fee applies)

– Checks payable to “Pur Maid”    (Paypal and cash are accepted by special request only)

Please Note:
-You must settle in full on the day of service.
-Fees: Failure to pay on date of service $15 fee will be added to your bill.

Service Discounts for providing Payment in Advance

  • 5% discount for paying in advance for 6 visits
  • 7% discount for paying in advance for 10 visits
  • 10% discount for paying in advance for 15 visits

Gratuity

Never expected.  Even just a thank you note is great!  In the event that you decide to tip your maid team, please do so in cash direct to the team (rather than adding to your credit card bill or check for example).
